With over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, James now applies his broad knowledge to advising and representing some of the leading venues, chef, and brands across the region and UK, plus appearing in artciles, as himself, or 'ghost writing' alongside presenting on stage at food shows, and TV presenting.

TV appearances have also included Channel 4's 'F' Word judging the finals for Gordon Ramsay judging winners Lasan Birmingham, as well as Channel 5's 'The Gadget Show' Nov 2011 reviewing specially prepared dishes created by Masterchef finalists, and his clients appearing on BBC breakfast, ITV 'Britains Best Dish' and BBC's Masterchef.
