Signature Chefs Bespoke Recipe Book Covers

Following the success of the inaugural 'Signature Chefs Recipe Book' for the Heart of England and Wales, publishers Gourmet Lifestyle-Leisure Marketing lTD have announced they are set to launch in the South West.

The inaugural Signature Chefs Recipe Book featured 75 unique Chefs' Recipes selected from some of the finest Chefs and venues across the Heart of England, The Cotswolds and Wales. Including 15 Michelin Starred venues.

Each book is hard backed, hand finished and limited edition with each venue being able to feature their own dish on their personalised covers. Illustrated over 200+ pages of unique recipes with individual high quality photography as well as contributions and features testimonials and foreword from renowned Michelin Chefs Shaun Hill of The Walnut Tree Abergavenny,  David Everitt-Mattias of Two Michelin Star Le Champignon Sauvage in Cheltenham, Raymond Blancs' Le Manoir Cookery School in Oxfordshire and all five Michelin Stars in Birmingham including TV Chef Glynn Purnell.

Signature Chefs Recipe books are unique in such they are free for the invited Chefs to feature, and they can upgrade to receive their own bespoke covers "Chefs all dream of having their own cook book, to showcase their favourite recipes, so , we created Signature Chefs Recipe Books to offer each chef the opportunity to proudly sit shoulder to shoulder amongst the regions finest an sell the book to their own guests, with their own dish on the front - who wants to sell a book with another chefs dish on? - everyone’s style is unique." continuing " We do not charge Chefs and Venues to participate. Each Chef is selected on merit, based on their commitment to pushing the boundaries of cuisine whilst balancing the regions’ finest produce served to a consistent standard. Chefs are invited to select their favourite recipe that best represents their cooking style in a way that could be created at home by the aspiring domestic cook. Each dish is represented over a double page spread with a high quality photo and page of recipe and method – including chef ‘signature’ and venue details. Contributions are also from key figureheads of the region and supplier entries. Local catering colleges  are also encouraged to contribute a dish, to help support and encourage young chefs and front of house teams.
