Michel-INN pop-up sells out in 4 hoursThe Regions' Gourmands Create Tasty Partnership

Julian Ebbutt Joint founder and director of BITE Festivals and events
With the UK press lording the growth of Michel-INNS, and two Michelin Star Chef Tom Kerridge now outselling Jamie Oliver with his new cook book 'Proper Pub Food', a newly formed partnership of Midlands based gourmands has put together a calendar of  events to rival many of the biggest Food Festivals.

BITE Festivals who ran the successful BITE Festival in Chipping Campden earlier this year, have this year upped the anti, and teamed up with Gourmet-Life - Lifestyle Dining Club to offer an unrivalled calendar of events, running throughout the year and into 2014. Both organisations are based within the Midlands - BITE in the Cotswolds and Gourmet-Life in Shropshire serving The Heart of England.

Director of BITE Festivals Julian Ebbutt (pictured) comments " We were delighted to work with Gourmet-Life Dining Club who brought us many of their members to the events, and they have shown an appetite for high end experiences. So, we have now teamed up with Gourmet-Life again to create a series of GourmetXperiences starting with our Michel-INN pop-up restaurant featuring Michelin Chef Richard Turner from Birmingham who will be appearing for one fantastic night in a Warwickshire Pub, creating  a very special menu. We were delighted when this event sold out within 4 hours of going on release."

James Day, Founder and Director of Gourmet-Life added "The events we attended and promoted last year with BITE were great fun, well organised, unique and aspirational - the very same ethos we like to adopt for our members - seeking out what we consider the best places to dine across the region, and profiling top chefs and in turn creating aspirational, but accessible experiences for our members who enjoy dining discounts throughout the year as well as extra savings of up to 30% for attending and staying in these wonderful venues on our Gourmet-breaks. A partnership seemed like the logical step bringing together all aspects of our business to create an unrivalled network of events and on-going savings for our discerning members - the Taste of Turners Pop-up at The Bell in Tanworth in Arden in November is just the first of many we have planned, and we were delighted with the 4 hours sell-out"

Julian adds "developing our wish to bring a great variety of experiences to the area, our 'Great Indian Food Feast' on November 7th at the Wood Norton Country Hotel near Evesham will be a fun event for everyone and takes diners on a journey around the Indian sub Continent through its wonderful food and drink - hosted by the eclectic Urban Rajah and multi award winning Indunil Sanchi (Head Chef at the Noel Arms, Chipping Campden) who together create a real fun and accessible vibe at the events - both events promise to be great fun for any avid foodie"
